I used to shop here, but that will now stop. They started towing cars that are parked on their side of the parking lot of people that are shopping at the business that shares the parking area, Sam’s Bottle Shop. They have always had the spots in front of their store reserved for their customers, and that is the right thing to do. However Advance Auto’s section of the parking lot will easily hold 20-25 cars, and there are never more that half a dozen at most at one time. Bad neighbors. They started towing cars from Sam’s, and that’s all I need to say about that.
I have shopped at this location since it opened, and was just there less than 2 weeks ago. Until they come to a reasonable resolution regarding sharing spots with Sam's Bottle Shop, I'll have to take my business to one of the many other auto parts stores within 10 minutes of this location. Advance *never* fills their side of the lot and I just can't imagine what the motivation was to put up signs and start having cars towed. It is too bad because this location was close to me and the staff were always helpful.
I have frequented this Advance Auto Parts location for years, and they have been my primary source of business for my car care needs. I have also frequented the locally-owned craft beer store, Sam’s Bottle Shop, which is adjacent to this property for nearly as long. Apparently this Advance Auto location now aggressively begun towing vehicles from the parking lot despite a friendly agreement with the previous manager. I will no longer use Advance Auto for my vehicle needs as a result of his new policy.

I would like to leave a spectacular review for Andrew at store 6747. I was headed there to get a battery, not far from work just around the corner. My car ended up cutting off and stranding me at a busy stoplight right in front of the store. The fire/rescue staff that drove by stopped and tried to help but my car was resisting. I called the store and Andrew came out with a battery starter, jumped my car and helped me get into the parking lot.
