I was having trouble with my car battery, so I took it to the Advance Auto Parts store on Hwy 96 location. The name of the team member that helped me was Devin. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. My battery test showed I needed a new battery. They had the exact same battery that I had, so he removed my old battery and installed the new battery in about 5 minutes. The price of the battery was very reasonably. I would highly recommend this store.
This is a BIG THANK YOU TO LE LE. Every season, I have to buy a new lawnmower battery. ( idk why the manufactures treat us this way. But, I digress . ) Anywho, I was positive I added the 5y warrenty, because, see above, have to buy a new one every darn season. Le Le checked my record and I was ( Fonzie here ) wr, wr, wrooonnnggg. Benaiah was extremely helpful, ordering a part from a neighboring store. When it turned out that I had foolishly ordered the wrong part, he worked hard to help me process a return, and get the correct part. Eric also helped greatly, even returning to the store after his shift had ended to ensure everything went smoothly. Very helpful and professional staff. I will be returning!
