RecommendedI had a very pleasant experience at AAP today. I went in with a lawnmower battery to have them check it for any life. I was troubleshooting because my lawnmower would not start. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and more than helpful. My battery was dead and he had a replacement in stock. He rang it up and even gave me a discount and carried it to my car. You see, I’m 74 years young and still doing my own repairs when possible. Thank you, AAP, for all your help.
Joseph, the worst employee a business can have... talking about pensacola (personal, non business) up front, while the Cas register goes unattended. I asked for some assistance, he gave attitude. I reminded him that I could go to the competitor down the street. He said I should... Guess what? I did, O'Reilly's was happy to take my Ben Franklin. I will never waist my time at Advance again!
