After visiting two different auto places, I eventually went back to my tried and true Advance Auto Parts. Dayquan from the Crofton branch with ease solved how to change the battery in my car fob. Excellent customer service!
On 11-17-25 I went to Advance Auto Parts in Crofton for a Truck battery Issue I had for a couple of weeks I was working with Dayquan & Collins the battery tested defective they check the warranty on the battery and installed a new battery Thank you Both for your excellent customer service and professionalism

How lucky are we in Crofton to have Advance Auto parts with people like Jay providing top tier excellent customer service. On more than one occasion now Jay has going above and beyond on a bad car day, as a result hands down advanced Auto parts in Crofton has my loyalty. I'm writing this review for Jay he was a blessing today he was working on someone else's car, and he told me he would take care of me as soon as he finished with her. He was very helpful to the both of us. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I could give him ten stars
