Dude at the register was not very unhelpful. Somehow a bolt fell out of my brake caliper and I managed to limp to this as the nearest automotive parts store. The system claimed the they had a part, which I was told to just go look for and did find, and was obvious to me (and anyone who works on cars) the wrong bolt the threads were different and different lengths. Ronnie provided outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely hilarious, which made the entire experience even better. My favorite part was walking in, going up to the register and just being ignored by staff for 10 mins.
