Terrible attitude and terrible customer service all around
Great experience picking up a few parts for my car. The employee was a tremendous help. Thank you
I broke down yesterday and had my M5 towed to this store so I could buy tools I needed to hopefully fix it and get back on the road. I didn’t have to buy a thing. The absolutely amazing staff helped with tools I could borrow. It finally got dark so I hope to complete the repair today to get back home. Once again. The people I met today gave me hope in humanity. A HUGE thank you to all.
Terrible Customer Service, Guys there act like they could care less
I went there to get a new cable end for my car. When the mechanic looked at my battery, he saw that I needed both cable ends and put them on for me. I haven't had any more trouble out of my car not cranking.
