Got a battery from one of there Reps for my car nd was given the wrong battery causing the computer of the car to shut down and burned cable ..... now there refusing to pay for the damages cause they didnt put the battery in my car ..... i advised them “i was given the wrong battery if i was given the correct this would not be occurring”..... there response was “u should of known it was not the correct one” GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE so now im left paying over $600plus for damages they caused ...... don’t recommend this location... read more
I was from out of town needed a battery. either charged or replaced, well it needed replacement Great service They were very attentive . And saved me from a possible inconcienance on the road. Thank you Advance Auto Parts.
