These guys aren't too concerned with exceeding customer expectations. Placed 2 online-in-store pickups of which neither we're ready when I arrived and on the second visit tried to give me an item I didn't order. Once they cleared it up I returned the following morning to pick up that item. On the box they had a sticky note with a not so appropriate message written on it. Corporate will be getting a call for sure.
