My daughter works near this Advanced store and broke down in the parking lot at her work. She called me and I stopped at Advanced to replace a worn out battery cable end. Simple enough ?? Well the part was missing the nuts that hold down the crimped wire lugs. Both were missing. I first figured I may have dropped them, but when I returned to the store to check the other ones, NONE of then had nuts in the packaging. Thank you Cody!!! Had a great experience at this location because of him. Tested my battery, showed me the results and installed a new one that fixed my issues with warning lights and not starting. Pleasant, kind and knowledgeable. Give that man a raise! Oxford location on 466.
I ordered a part for my car here on a Friday. I was told it'll be in the following Monday called Wednesday and talked to an employee who said it wasn't in yet that they would call when it was. Waited till today Saturday to go to the store and find out it still wasn't there. My name was erased from the order list, so it was never going to come in, and I went ahead and requested a refund, which no Hassel they granted.
