bought a new battery had the employee install it before closing the hood they didnt lower the prop bar creased the hood to my 2017 outlander it wouldnt close properly. now have been waiting over an hour to fill out paperwork while the manager has sat in the office the entire time except to look at my hood . no apology yet for the incident
