Ordered part and was told would be in 6/1/2018 and they would call us to pick it up, WELL on 6/1 went back to store, was told computer says delivered to store but cant find it, OK, call again 6/6/2018 was told they will order it and have it overnight, WHAT happened to the 6/1 delivery that they say was in the store?? NEVER AGAIN, calling now to cancel order and order thru another store. If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would give -3 for no communication at all

Not so helpful. Asked what tool I needed to fix my light. Clerk said a screwdriver or something like that. What is "like" a screwdriver?
