05/21/2026, I went to Advanced Auto on Tucker St., Fall River to buy a battery charger. My Battery kept dying out completely. the guys there got me what I needed and tested my Battery and then re-started it for me. Very helpful, kind and friendly. I started down the 2 lane blvd. about 1/4 mile and care died I called AAA they said 30 to 40 minutes. Meantime I'm blocking one lane and cars are flying all around me. did online order through this store pickup was fine, lady felt uncomfortable to do a online return without a receipt didn't know how to do a online return, random store in plymouth did it in two minutes, other conworker walked away from return, she had an attitude too
Alex was great 👍 👌 he's a true pro 👏 very good customer service , knowledgeable and went above an beyond! Did a battery an alternator check ✔️ and got me back on the road In no time. He also educated me on the problem to ease my mind an prepare me for next time. 😌
Alexander was excellent ! I have had a few good experiences with advanced auto parts over there competing stores locally. They have been very attentive and knowledgeable when helping me with my car. Their test engine indicator is very helpful for inspection. Most recently, however I had an extra special experience in that when most workers are on their phones or barely willing to help.
