WoW .. this is what I call amazing customer service. I walked into the Advance Auto Parts at 7324 N. Western with a battery warranty issue (caused by another location). I am happy to report that OMAR ( district manager ) was contacted and he took care of the situation with kindness, compassion, and understanding.
