By far the worst customer service. When they answer the phone. The music is to loud and they when they put you on hold sometimes they never pick up again. No hello, no thank you...they just hang up. Makes you feel as if you are a pest. When they should appreciate you're giving them your business. Like I said worst customer service.
The team at Advance Auto Parts at 7324 N Western was extremely helpful on a bitterly cold, stressful day in Chicago. The wind chill was about -20 degrees today, and our car battery took that as being a good day to die on us. Cristian, in particular, was extremely patient with us not knowing much (if anything) about cars and car batteries, helped us with choosing the right battery for our vehicle, and assisted us with the battery installation.
