The team at Advance Auto Parts at 7324 N Western was extremely helpful on a bitterly cold, stressful day in Chicago. The wind chill was about -20 degrees today, and our car battery took that as being a good day to die on us. Cristian, in particular, was extremely patient with us not knowing much (if anything) about cars and car batteries, helped us with choosing the right battery for our vehicle, and assisted us with the battery installation. Christian went above and beyond to help me! Super attentive with his service and didnt just let me sit there without saying anything. Give this man a raise/promotion!
Cristian was very nice and assisted me promptly with my online order and also assisted with charging me for some shop tools I purchased at the store. I will definitely go back to this location. Service was great. Thank you Advance team.
