Advance Auto is breaking the law by conducting online transactions on their corporate website and then refusing to deliver the purchased parts. The local store cancels the order and refunds the money even though the item is in stock, and insists the part costs more than advertised. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (complaint ID 22799746). Advance Auto ignored the complaint; they did not respond to the Better Business Bureau.
