Horrible customer service. If you advertise that you perform a service then you should do that service. Bought a new battery and they refused to do the "free installation" because they were short-staffed.
Usually I have wonderful experience here but today no one waited on me, and there was no one else in the store so it’s not like it was packed. Three people walked by be said hi and that’s it! No one asked if I needed help as I stood at the register waiting and waiting to be waited on. I took my business to CAP instead. They at least waited on me.
