I will absolutely never go to Advanced Auto again. We went in there and specifically asked if a tool would work to get a locked lug but off our car. He said it would fit. We go to return the UNUSED tool and they won’t take it back because the package is open. How am I supposed to know it fits without opening the package?! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
They offer free battery installation (posted all over the front of the store) and the assistant manager was so lazy he cancelled my $150 purchase of a battery because he didn’t want to install it.
best mechanic in the entire area and state never overcharges always looks out for you and your car mike is so nice and honest and that's a rarity nowadays
The wife went in to get whippers hers broke and was hanging off she asked could you please put them on for me they laughed at her and said no. Careful where you shop.
