I went to advance auto parts store # 9419 @ 4:10pm to take advantage of one of their free services. The team member denied me the service stating he couldn’t because he was the only one in the store. It’s not his fault but why offer the service if you don’t have the staffing to honor it. Horrible business model. This location is constantly short staffed. I went to Autozone and received much better service. they will never be seeing me again

Upon arrival, the consultant required us to wait outside and only allowed customers to enter one at a time. No explanation was provided for this policy. Extremely slow service, and check out. It lacks like another 5 employees or better ones. Every time not less than 20 min for a simple check out. Already spent 30 min to buy a quarter of oil. Now I drive extra 7 miles to go to another store. Empty.
