When my elderly mother and I asked for them to check her battery power, the guy (long brown ponytail) at the counter rolled his eyes at us, presumably because it's 95 degrees out. He was rude and dismissive. Then he said oh actually our battery tester isn't working. I said don't you have a back up or one on the shelf to pull to try.
