Very helpful and informative
I stopped at this Advanced Auto to replace my car battery. Surprised they didn't test my original battery voltage despite that being a free service they advertise. They didn't carry the OEM terminal assembly that connects the battery. After placing the battery in they left it with a lose connection and the next time I went to start my car it wouldn't start. Seems unprofessional to half-ass the installation if your company brands itself on installing the battery as part of the sale.
I would like to share a great experience I had as a customer with Erica and Dave. They were so helpful on the information I needed. I will certainly be returning. Thanks Erica and Dave!!
