I had a Terrible Customer service experience. I called in Ordered a part on last Friday. they did not have it but confirmed the Cedar falls store did they would have it courier bring it for me Sat by 1pm. when I stopped in Sat to pick it up the guy waiting on me was plain Rude, Unhelpful, Zero Customer Service compassion at all, I honestly was close to tears. I did purchase two items but stated that unless it was a dire need I would Never ever be back into that Store, Ever again, and I posted it in my Facebook wall! sad thin... read more
Merry Christmas to me! So, turns out that I got my battery from Advanced Auto not Blains like I thought. Easy enough to figure out... I only buy from those two places. Anyways... My battery warranty ran out I guess. That really sucks... But... Advanced Auto kicks ass... They went a head and replaced the battery anyways.... For free!! No cost to me at all! Heck yeah.... Love this store!!! Feels good to have a store take such good care of it's customers!!
