Yesterday, while driving down 22, half of my undercarriage cover fell off and was dragging on the road (thanks a lot to Altoona WalMart employees for not tightening up the bolts correctly after my oil change). I pulled in to this store's parking lot hoping to find a tool to at least take the rest of the bolts off and take the cover off. Instead, your employee (didn't catch his name!
