I did a online order and everything was ready when I arrived.
A young man by the name of Romel (sorry if I spelled that wrong) who helped install my new battery was great! He has a great attitude and very helpful. Really appreciated his service.
The only reason I came here is because where I usually go did not have the specific item I needed… Or else I would give this place zero stars. The store is dingy and dirty, and the customer service absolutely sucked.
walked in circles for 10 minutes before finding a worker to assist me, the workers were all sitting in the back talking, only one worker was actually doing their job. the guy that helped me did his thing really fast and was fine, but he shouldn’t have been the only one doing anything.
It’s challenging to find good people and service these days. Karina and Tito were a great team!!! Helped us find what we needed with patience and understanding. Installed, our wipers quickly with a smile. Co Mission accomplished. Great attitude great service.
