Came into this store and was greeted by Dawn, she was extremely polite and courteous . She helped me Purchase a new battery and then took the time to look up if I had purchased it elsewhere, and if I could get a full credit for it if it was still under warranty . Sure enough it was and she saved me $300 bucks. Thank you very much Dawn you are awesome !!
My hybrid Accord gave me an alert about a battery charging problem. Went to Advance Auto and explained to Blayne. He immediately looked up the auxiliary battery and checked it right away. Battery failed the test, we got the proper battery and he swapped it out in 5 minutes. He saved the day, it was a simple solution and he kept it simple. Trust and honesty goes a long way, thank you Blayne!
Great place for supplies and saves a ton of money. Friendly staff as well.
