Had to jumpstart my car this afternoon and drove it straight to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Shawnee Mission Parkway in Shawnee to get a new battery. Their computer told them they couldn't replace the battery for me--only sell it, since it was supposed to be a time-consuming replacement--but they replaced it for me anyway! Wildly appreciative of Ian, especially! Five stars; recommended!
These guys are just the best. They install wiper blades for me. Check my battery. Look at my tires. They always offer me the best selection and guide me through whatever I'm looking for. I can't thank you enough for your excellent service. I highly recommend and thank you to Scott for your help today.
