I came to the store To talk to the guy if he has a bolt I need it for my engine mounts his tone was very aggressive and had no manners when I asked him to help out he told me to leave the store
I went there to get an auto part for my car and ABS sensor. They were helping somebody put in a whole new battery which I thought was really above and behind. If I was a Karen I might have gotten mad but I looked at it like I'd hope they would do that for myself mother sister brother not everyone knows their way with tools.
I brought my battery over, and they returned it with such warmth and kindness that it truly went beyond my expectations.
