The man that,works there tried to sell me stolen parts. He stated he was stealing the from the advanced auto store when meg the manager count the draw. He acts like he smoking. Then he would load parts whlie that rude bitch meg was counting the draw. He used to work for Pete's, was fired for stealing inspect stickers. He told me,all this man is crazy. The manager Jim was beyond rude, did not help multiple customers. We asked to rent a flaring tool and he informed us he no longer stocks them for rent because they kept getting returned to other stores. I will be calling the companies customer service to complain about his rude behavior.

Advance sent me the wrong parts, delaying a customer repair severely. Not to mention the correct part is nearly a hundred dollars more and i'd have to eat that cost as it was not in my original estimate. Advance offered no help in the matter, except for a whopping $30 gift card. Yeah no. Accept your blame advance auto. I will henceforth deal solely with Napa auto parts.
