The manager Jim was beyond rude, did not help multiple customers. We asked to rent a flaring tool and he informed us he no longer stocks them for rent because they kept getting returned to other stores. I will be calling the companies customer service to complain about his rude behavior.
Advance sent me the wrong parts, delaying a customer repair severely. Not to mention the correct part is nearly a hundred dollars more and i'd have to eat that cost as it was not in my original estimate. Advance offered no help in the matter, except for a whopping $30 gift card. Yeah no. Accept your blame advance auto. I will henceforth deal solely with Napa auto parts.
