Horrible customer service!! My battery is under warranty but I did not receive any assistance. I went there to have my battery charged and the guy refused to do it....saying that it will take too long. He even refused to give me a jump because he claimed that the system said that the battery was good (I believe that my battery was low and just needed a jump or charge). He and the manager left me in the parking lot in an unsafe neighborhood by myself. This whole experience was ridiculous!!
