Went in with a ‘check engine’ light on and before I could get past the words “my check engine...” I got cut off and told they weren’t performing tests. Fair enough but how about offering me an alternative? I would be willing to buy a diagnostic tool but I was offered NO help from this “essential” business. Not even a suggestion? I’ll never be back.
I just wanted to give a shoutout and say THANK YOU to Chris at Advanced Auto Parts in Sulphur, La for his fantastic customer service and in my opinion, bravery. This afternoon just as that "nice" little thunderstorm popped up, this man was changing my battery on my car. Lightning was popping all around and the skies were falling. He made me stay in the car. It was very bad. But......he took care of me in the middle of all that. Quickly, I might add��.. So thanks Chris! Advanced Auto Parts has valuable employee!!
