Markl & Sons was contacted December 23, 2016 for an HVAC service call for this location. We had never serviced this customer before and we will not service them in the future. We responded promptly and got the customer up and going in short order. Customer took until March, 2017 to pay after deducting a "12% marketing fee" and tax, although no deduction was discussed or agreed on and no resale certificate was provided. We highly recommend just letting this one go if contacted for problem solving.
