Not customer friendly at all. Just went down to have my battery tested and or changed out if necessary. Apparently it is to cold for them to do that. Would not test, charge or replace my battery. This is when people need help. It was more important to watch the football games then extend customer service to people who needed it.

This store is run by idiots who don't care about customer service. If you want competent help, drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the O'Reilly in Sandston.
