RecommendedAn employee there (who sadly I didn't get the name of) not only changed my headlight in the cold rain and wind, he was patient with me out there when a gust of wind suddenly turned my umbrella inside out and then when he went back into the store and I realized that I accidentally told him that I had asked him to put the light in on the wrong side, I went back into the shop...apologized, explained the situation to the employees. Great service today from Corey. Tracked down my original battery purchase from another store and got things changed right out!
I waited in line and asked if they had a code reader because my check engine light was on. The manager said “nope, we aren’t scanning codes right now” I said oh okay- do you know who would. He said “go to AAA or meineke” I’m not from here so I asked where they were... his reply “down the street” REALLY!? What a joke of customer service. He shouldn’t be in a customer service business because his attitude and demeanor were beyond awful. Dude needs an attitude adjustment but I guess he’s not doing that right now either.
