Purchased a $300 part online which ended up being incorrect. My mechanic came here to exchange it and Darius told him it could only be returned and credited to the card used for purchase. We specifically asked if it could go to store credit and then used for the correct part. He said no. So we returned the wrong one and I purchased another on my credit card. Ernesto was so helpful when I had battery issues! I appreciate him coming out and helping on a hot afternoon when my car was struggling to start. He ran a few computer tests and took a look at the battery and was able to figure out what was causing my issues. Hope I don’t have to come back in too soon, but if I need to replace it I’ll be back here!
Does not open at 730. Waited and waited no one opened.
Bought a battery from advance a couple of years ago and it quit working on me. It was still under warranty, and the guy was very helpful and quick about testing it and replacing it. Friendly service thank you!!
