We had a great experience with Carroll. We came through thinking we might have needed a new battery for my husband’s car. Carroll took the time to run a full diagnostic and walked us through his recommendations for a course of action. Turns out our battery may be under warranty at the dealer so he recommended we check with them. I do not recommend this store based on the employees guy did not even act like he knew how to read a battery tester screen. Question me why? I thought I needed the battery while he was testing it.When it only showed on his test 9 V and had to ask him , for the results , it just went downhill from that point between the three employees that was working. walked out while the car was broke down at their store , and I had to go to walmart to buy a battery i know that don't make sense.
