This place was horrible to me! I called asking for some information on my vehicle as i no longer live on the west end. The guy who answered the phone told me he couldn’t help me because there was a girl in front of him and i was just on the phone so i wasn’t as important. I then asked to talk to the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Thank you Shawn, you really took care of our teenage driver, Volvo batteries are not easy to figure out. You were so patient and knowledgeable.
I needed to replace my battery due to the drastic temperature declines so I called and spoke with "m" who provided great customer service and verified my battery was in stock. Upon arrival there was a wait due to the battery demand but "m" replaced my battery and overall I had a great customer experience.
Excellent customer service. I needed a new car battery in the pouring rain and had my toddler with me. They were very helpful and super fast!
