All-around wonderful experience here today! Everyone was friendly & helpful. High-quality automotive supplies at very reasonable prices. I received a great price for an item on sale (less expensive than all the major competitors). I called to inquire as to the availability of the items needed for my vehicle service (all were in stock here), and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. I was having trouble with my car starting at times and suspected the battery. I stopped in Advance and asked an associate to please go outside and check my battery, which he did. He also tested my starter to make sure. After purchasing a battery, the young man helping me took the old battery out, and he put the new one in it's place. He was very professional, helpful, able to answer all my questions, and friendly. Such a stellar job!

I like the Williamsburg Rd, Richmond VA location. The Team members are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. If they are not sure of something, they're are very transparent about it. Shout out to Mr. Micky !!!!!
