My sister and I (both young women who know NOTHING about cars) were sent in on a mission to buy something for our moms car. Despite our vague explanation of what we need and clear lack Of expertise, an older gentlemen who works here helped us find what we needed and explained how to use it with patience and witty humor. I appreciated being taken so seriously! The storefront was clean and quiet. I’d recommend stopping by as the staff are great and they have good variety in products.
This location did us right and did not make us feel like a burden when we asked for help. Our car decided to stop working while we were shopping at TJ Max. This location took the time to help us check the engine and alternator to confirm we didn't need to call a mechanic. Thankfully we only needed to change our air filter which they had in stock.
