I thank a wonderful guy named Matt. I had picked up a bed frame from a friend in the parking lot. When I couldn't fit it in my car I went to the store to borrow a screwdriver....that wasn't working very well - I brought the headboard into the store to ask for some "muscle". Matt went over and above helping me with my problem, even loading it into my car. I can only imagine how helpful he would be to a "real" customer.
