Not helping customers to see if they have the part they're looking for just telling them they don't have it, sending them out the door not looking to see what they're showing online. Just glancing at the shelves and trying to tell them they don't have it so they leave just like everywhere else you go to do business with now talking customers into giving up.
Cheryl is amazing.... Twice now I've shopped at this location & Cheryl was BEYOND helpful with my headlights. Plus she is just a fun person has a sense of humor. Thank you Cherly Robert D
They need to make it like Napa auto store and have senior discount this was very the truly first place that does not have a senior discount that I've ever walked into or bought from

Cheryl Was nothing but rude and unhelpful. I tried to warrenty my 1 week old battery. She was Raising her voice at my friend and then told me she has to keep my battery for a 24 hour charge and refused to help me. She refused to label the battery so they know its mine when i come back tomorrow and made it an all around unpleasant experience. I might not return here and neither will my friends
