Andrew gave us an immense amount of help as we were stranded in their parking lot 80 miles from home. He tested our battery and loaned us the tools to replace our alternator. An hour later and we were back on the road. Thanks Andrew!
My Husband and I went to the store on 119th in Overland Park. Jerry was a super nice man and helped us determine that the battery had gone bad. He spent about 2 hours on the truck. All in all we were VERY pleased with the spectacular customer service we received. Thanks again!, Jerry!
I showed up just before closing and was just going to get Rain-X to get me home since my windshield wipers had randomly stopped working. However Jr went above and beyond and came out looked at my car and the fuse and got them working so I could get safely home. I can't thank him enough for his help so I could safely get home. Thank you for helping a girl that had no idea what to do I appreciate you helping. Great customer service and I will be back for all my auto part needs thank you.
The guy who helped me was quick and efficient! He tested the battery and alternator and had my new battery in within 15 minutes. Very friendly!!! Great experience!!
Got my car in for a battery replacement with the 3 years warranty I had with them. The battery failed the teat at honda college park dealership during my usual check up so I took the car to advanced auto park to have it repalced cause' I still have a warranty with them. The battery test conducted with an advanced auto park shown that the battery is ok and they won't let me use my warranty. Then, I went to pepboy to have the battery tested. Took a car in with the battery under warranty. Battery would charge and hold a charge briefly only. They claimed the battery would need to be "fully dead" for them to deem it a bad battery and honor the warranty. Told me to take the car home let it die and then manage to get the battery to them for 2 hours of "testing" to them determine if they would honor the warranty. Wow--I see why those warranties are useless. The staff claimed there was no manager to speak to and that "no one was in charge". Avoid this place at all cost... read more
