Erica and Robert are absolutely amazing! They have gone above and beyond for my car necessities, also - if I am having a tough day, they always listen and wish me the best with a hug. They are personable and just all around kind. With these two, I still have faith in humanity. Thank you, both beyond measures. 🫶🏽
Erica was very helpful she helped with my car and battery and tested my starter and alternator. Was very friendly and helpful. Ask for her she's very polite and friendly thank you for you help today
The staff in the Blackbob Advance Auto just rock! Testing my battery, offering other information on what is likely to be going on, sharing their personal opinions and experiences with their own vehicles that parallel what is happening with mine. I know they don’t get paid extra for all of this. The staff has had the normal personnel changes over the years like any other place without losing this level of customer service. Do not hesitate for a second to stop in at the Blackbob Advance Auto for the things your car needs.
Staff very friendly and helpful this one lady really helped us get what we needed such a great store to go get your car parts
