Car would only start with a jump, replaced battery in the parking lot. Also tested the charging system, alternator, and starter for free. Everyone was super helpful while I was having a stressful day.

A diamond in the rough. Truly. The dealership wanted us to drop off our van for THREE DAYS before they could begin to tell us why the check engine light came on. Recently called to simply check the availability on a part, I even had the part number to give to them. The lady who answered just kept sighing and telling me I needed to give her a vehicle and that "she couldn't look up part numbers". Upon giving her the vehicle she very promptly tells me they don't have the part listed and proceeded to lie about the part number I gave them not even showing up. Seriously the last time I'm going to even bother with this store or company.
