This store used to be great with friendly and knowledgeable people. For the last year or so there seems to be a revolving door of employees. Never see the same faces twice and they outright lied about a code scanner I bought from them. They said it would reset my steering angle sensor. Took it home and tried. It did not. 0 stars Needed a part for my brothers truck that just broke down, called at like 7:15 to check on a part which they had. And was told they closed at 8, well I showed up at 7:46 and the door was locked and no one was visible! Knocked and stood at the door and still nothing!! That’s for not!!
This happens all the time, I ordered a part early April 2018.. and it never came in and the manager on duty has no clue of my order! And even asked me if I was sure I ordered it there.... these people are the most incompetent I've ever uncounted. Get it together south bossier team!
I found the employees to be friendly and helpful.
