I was in to purchase a battery. Johnny did an awesome job of fixing and installing my battery problem. However, while I was aware there was a line, I am highly dissatisfied with Rod telling him to "forget about her, " meaning take the next customer. When I told Rob later I did not appreciate his reference to a customer "as forget about her, " he said he had said( and admitted to it) "I said forget about her for a moment."
