Buyer beware, this place does not honor all their warranties. My fiancé bought break pads in April that had a lifetime warranty. One of the break pads was faulty and he took them in for the warranty replacement. Instead of a courteous customer experience, the manager was hateful and rude and refused to honor the warranty. She blamed him for the faulty product!! He was even a member of their loyalty program and recruited me to be a customer there too. It was Easter Sunday we are 3 hours from home. Luckily we found this store and 3 amazing guys working. They all went above and beyond to help us get back on the road and a huge thank you to Ricky. You my friend were a God send!! Keep up the great work!!
