Buyer beware, this place does not honor all their warranties. My fiancé bought break pads in April that had a lifetime warranty. One of the break pads was faulty and he took them in for the warranty replacement. Instead of a courteous customer experience, the manager was hateful and rude and refused to honor the warranty. She blamed him for the faulty product!! He was even a member of their loyalty program and recruited me to be a customer there too.
