The store is neat, workers are kind and helpful, and they are very willing to get things done and save you some money. Josh, the GM, is honest and educated.
Terrible experience at this store I explained my warranty situation to the store manager Josh and he told me that he was sorry and could not help me and I will need to go to the store that I brought it from originally and I even called the store I made the original purchase from and had them on speakerphone and he still didn’t want to help me l left the store very disappointed and confused
Excellent customer service! I went into the Advance Auto Parts on Wilma Rudolph. Although I was frazzled, and worried how much it would cost; I was pleasently surprised. Josh tested my battery, took the time to explain what he was doing, and fixed the issue. I highly recommend this location if you want honest advice and people who actually look out for you.
