BEEN a long time customer AAP, but today a unused battery exchange showed me how inflexible & unhelpful employee "Christine" can be. No True customer Sevice to be provided... To Advanced Auto with my patronage!!!
Can I give zero stars? I walked up to the counter and told them I have a dead battery in their parking lot. "What do you want me to do about it?" Was the response. I again mentioned that the battery is dead, and was told they won't touch it unless I get it to the door for them.
Terrible place, terrible customer service. This location is a black eye on the entire advance auto parts chain. Be leery if a manager named Christine tries to help you. She is not very helpful at all in fact she has a terrible attitude.
