This place has gone down hill
I just wanted to say that Mark @ the Westbend branch was a light in the dark. He was beyond helpful and truly believes in customer service. That was so appreciated. Thank you for your help Mark👏👏👏👏👏
Bought two Diehard Batteries for a boat lift. Used the batteries for 7 total months. When retested by this store before installing them for the new boating season, I was told that they both had failed the test. The store manager would not replace either under warranty or for a discount. I went to another local auto parts store for a retest. One of the batteries was actually very good. I only had to replace one. Don’t trust this store to test batteries or to provide after purchase customer service.
I was in need of a headlamp bulb. Advance had what I was looking for at a fair price. Helpful staff!
