Condensing staff. I had a battery just fail at the shop but they won’t test it because it’s under the car seat. Therefore they want me to take the battery taken out at the shop, have me pay for an uber to their location for them to test it and verify it’s dead. Then give me a new battery IF the old one fails, which it just showed it did at the shop. Convoluted process on behalf of the corporation but the staff being so rude was the ultimately kicker.
