Yes, most know exactly what they are talking about. But I just had a huge problem with an employee named Elliott. It's clear the battery for my car blew. The top was almost off and it's leaking acid. The battery did have a dent in it where my brackets were. It's obvious the battery got to hot for some reason and blew. He tried to tell me it was because I put the brackets on too tight. How is that possible when I got them off without using any tools?
