Mr. Nose-ring needs some training on how to speak to customers respectfully and act like a good human. Needs to drop the tough guy act and focus on doing his job. There's no need to be rolling your eyes at customers and raising your voice when they ask simple questions. Management needs to send secret shoppers and weed out employees like these, there's other auto part stores in the area you can go to without catching attitude.
