I needed new wipers on my Acura quickly due to my job requiring a lot of travel. I called into the store and talked to John. He offered several options at varying price ranges. I did go with the more expensive brand due to his expertise in explaining the advantage. When I drove to store he was actually waiting for me and installed the wipers pronto!
