Very disappointing customer service from the employees working the evening of September 14, 2026. I came in because my headlight had burned out and was sold the wrong replacement bulb. When I tried to install it, I realized the connectors were not the same width, so I returned to the store for help and to get the correct bulb. I bought a small break pad stopper. Installed it and went to go home with my 2 year old in the car my car stopped in traffic. I called back and explained what happened Keith I was told him name is refused to tell me how it could happen and hung up on me. My mechanic told me they did sell me the wrong piece and almost caused my car to crash. Professionals don’t hang up on customers they fix the problem they caused. Horrible service and clearly they don’t know what they are doing.

I bought a new EGR valve online to replace the bad EGR valve I bought at Advance two weeks earlier. The store associate Kevin B would not honor the lifetime warranty and give me a refund . So I went to the parking lot and took the new EGR valve off and went inside and told him I am going return it and he gave me my money back.I then put the bad one back on my truck and left ?
