This is a review of the absolutely poor customer service from the Manager at 5802 Derek Ave, Sarasota, FL. Ordered a part that had to be shipped from THEIR warehouse and did not realize that they charged me shipping to get a part from THEIR warehouse. It did not arrive in time for me to do the repair, so I had to buy the part from Nissan Parts in Sarasota (Note it was $14.00 less!!).
